Vonnye Wade did a great job getting all the paper work form me to get the loan processed, the only trouble I had was trying to get ahold of Vonnye. Closing took 5 months. Loan support person changed 3 times. Not always prompt responses to my questions. It seamed like for weeks no one was doing anything for my loan. I am reporting appraiser to the state of TN. I would recommend not using him again. He has been fined by the state of TN before for inaccurate appraisals.

To be completely honest, I was disappointed with the level of attentiveness to one specific request I had. I had requested several times to get a document changed as it was inaccurate, I am not quite sure if that document has ever been changed. Regardless, the loan was refinanced and I am happy with the outcome and terms.

In the world of COVID-19 the loan officers are so busy, it is hard to reach anyone to get questions answered. The application process was smooth, but after that it was hard to get information. In addition, the information we were given about closing during the application process didn’t match up in the end with the realities. It all worked out in the end, but the process moved SO swiftly it felt as though we were being swept along without knowing exactly what was going on.
