Closing disclosure was messed up. Glad I caught it. Wasted time in bringing over a notary. Happy with the overall deal, and attentiveness of both Xavier and Michael Johnson.
Everything went according to Plan. The only thing that was of concern was that numbers were not adjusted after our automatic October Payment was made. I hope that my previous mortgage company will make the appropriate adjustments and refund the appropriate amounts.
There were about three people that I was passed on to, even though all were professional, I think information was not relayed at a timely manner. I had to summit documents more that once. An issue was that PennMac does not accept bank documents in Spanish. I'm a co-signer for my parents house but they make the payments. All their bank documents were written in spanish. The COVID-19 restrictions did not make it easier for them. Caprice was patient with my frustration.

Overall experience was good. It just took a long time to get the closing disclosure done properly. It took time to understand the disclosure statement. It’s always better to book time with the customer and go through the closing disclosure in detail. So that we request the right amount of loan proceedings
The only issue that occurred was that I wasn't told that i would need a witness present for closing since I was in another State. I was however to get someone at the last minute after the closer arrived. I don't think that it was the Loan Processors fault. The Attorney said that he should have called prior to close.
