Blen Alemu. was one of the nicest and friendliest person the PennyMac has on there staff. She was awesome and well knowledgeable of her job. She basically held our hand the this process which was nice. I wish I had employees like her on my staff. If I can say this, she is a great asset for your company. ***** STARS

Rachel Harris always on top, always updating me regarding my refi application. John Kimble who gave me a really good deal. You talk to him and he’ll listen and do actions what you need. Other than a couple of repeated requests that were already complied with, the loan officers and others at Pennymac really helped us out with this refinancing. HOWEVER, we were appalled that the notary person (?) who came to our house to have us sign the closing documents DID NOT WEAR A MASK! My wife and I wore a mask, but that only protected him. He wasn't protecting us!

Every step of this process, from the initial consultation through closing was a great experience.
