It was a great experience to refinance with PennyMac, loan officers were very knowledgeable and the process was lean and easy.
Refinancing our current Mortgage from 4.25% to 2.625% was a good deal and the fact that we didn’t go beyond our doorsteps until final closing — WAS GREAT!!! Thank You “My m.a.c. Team!” :)
Great experience and fast
The issue at PennyMac is that once the process goes past the loan officer you might as well sent emails to a brick wall. It goes to some group inbox and if it doesn’t pertain to that certain individual it WILL NOT get a response. I get it, they’ve already marked us off as good to go and check us as another prerequisite to their bonus and couldn’t care less about any further communication. We reached out several times asking for simple answers and never got a response. PennyMac=all about the sale

I had a very pleasant experience with this process.
Unfortunate CoVid made the experience hard on the loan officer and me because things couldn’t be smooth too many loan officers involved but I got the loan so I really can’t complain .
