The process was overall painless and the staff was professional. The only concern was the waiting to hear details on the current status as it moved through the milestones and the incomplete closing requirement for my state. The end result was great and I would definitely recommend.
At the onset of the refinance process I communicated to the loan officer that we needed to address the name change to my married name.We were weeks away, I was still emailing both my mac team/loan officer with questions looking for clarification to avoid expiration of interest rate locked in. Name change had still not occurred and this closing required 2 notaries.The notary was unsure until the morning of if he we were closing. I was unsure throughout the majority of the process.

My unpleasant experience had NOTHING to do with Rob, he was great! This process took way longer than it should have and way too many hiccups to count, I truly believe Rob was the only one who did everything he could start to finish, the issues were NEVER on his end only on other individuals and he handled it like a champ. In the future I would suggest a more clear path with who deals with what, we had multiple requests from 10000 different people but Rob was the only constant. thank you Rob!
