Too often the answers to our questions were vague and when answered often late. Confirmation of received documents left us continually calling for clarification. Times and dates stated were never met. Repeated requests for the same documentation was annoying. The online account website is not as friendly as it can be, compared to many others.
From start to finish, very quick, precise and professional. A very enjoyable and friendly experience.
