It was pleasure working with the mac team like Ashley and Eric. They are so helpful and such a nice human beings. I wish a better future and hope to see them again...
More up front information instead of little here a little there and close when you say your going to close
If we didn’t already have 2 loans with PennyMac we never would have chosen them for refinancing. We thought this would make the process easier but not the case. They were impossible to get ahold of, you call & get redirected to whatever person you are assigned to during the loan process, but they were never around. You leave a voicemail & they get back to you two days later only to say that’s not their job description & you would have to be forwarded to someone else then they hang up.Worst experie
From the original inquiry to closing, everything that was communicated to me was accurate. This was a very simple process and will be saving me almost $700/month.
Xavier was good about keeping us informed on where we were in the process of the loan application. Great communication.
I reached out through email multiple times and never got a response all the while having question about my closing disclosure and closing documents. There was instance where I received one phone call from a rep and was told that I would get a return phone call but never did.
Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made the refi process go quickly and without issues.
Great job from start to finish. Very professional, and communication was great!
It was great
