We actually got to the point where we were ready to back out of the deal altogether because we were tired of our finances being on hold and because of the lack of customer service. We started the refi on June 4th, closed on Sept 17th..money is supposed to be in checking account today, the 22nd..The documents weren't all requested up front..one here..one there..Loan sat in one of the " reviews" for 2 weeks!!! I'm my opinion, the process could have been handled more expiditiously!?
