My initial experience with your staff was great as there was direct phone conversations and time was given for the details such as logging on to the Loan Portal. Then there was a hand-off to the reviewers. The request for additional documents were confusing as the specifics to what the documents requested were. I had to resort to emails and attachments because the portal id was not available. Also, phones were requested instead I got more emails.
At the beginning i didnt have a good experience with the specialist that was handling my loan but after a few months they change it for Vonnye Wade and she was GREAT! she was communicating all the time with me and responding all my emails! She was always in contact with me! Im so thankful i was able to closed with her!
From day 1 Kristen and team made many things go right as rain. They truely are a blessing! If you're looking for no hassles & an instant response when buying a home definitely ask for them! They won't rest until you're happy! Thanks so much Team!!
