great VA Loan
My initial experience with your staff was great as there was direct phone conversations and time was given for the details such as logging on to the Loan Portal. Then there was a hand-off to the reviewers. The request for additional documents were confusing as the specifics to what the documents requested were. I had to resort to emails and attachments because the portal id was not available. Also, phones were requested instead I got more emails.
I got the help I needed. Thanks to the team that work with me.
