I reached out through email multiple times and never got a response all the while having question about my closing disclosure and closing documents. There was instance where I received one phone call from a rep and was told that I would get a return phone call but never did.
Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made the refi process go quickly and without issues.

The first thing I would suggest is to change the way the loan processors are contacted. Calls and emails are touted to this centralized system so I can never talk my loan processor that day, that moment. If I have a question I have to wait for X amount of days for someone to get back to me. By that time I have 2 more questions. If I have a follow up question to the answer, there goes more time waiting. Extremely inefficient. Extremely frustrating.
Couldn’t reach anybody to answer my questions. Took much longer then was told. Thankfully my closing attorney called me the day before or everything would have been messed up.
