Great service for refinancing.
My experience with PennyMac was great. Everything was explained thoroughly and the timeline for closing was faster than I originally expected.
Kelvey was very friendly and personable over the phone. Kelvey explained everything and made me feel comfortable with my home refinance.
More communication from Aida. She gave me incorrect information, lost documents that I had sent, requested the same documents more than once, would only communicate with me once per week (if that), and was not clear in her answers to my questions. Our loan officer, Carol Dion, was amazing and very helpful, however. I also wish that we had received notice that our original loan officer, Jeremy Brunson, was no longer there because suddenly we had no communication from anyone for weeks.
Loan process was completed in less than a month

Expectations of communication weekly was conveyed but never occurred. We sent emails with no responses and we felt when speaking with the loan officer she was condescending and within her scripts more than taking care of the customer and understanding their expectations/needs. She did a great job. She is friendly and really trying to help out.
