The M.A.C. Team made everything very easy and communicated with me regularly which made the closing go fast and easy.
John Fayed our Loan Officer was good at the very beginning; but then never heard from him again. I constantly had to reach out for any updates. Would email paperwork and PennyMac would respond back a WEEK later never received. Sometimes even longer. Was told we were also getting back $2, 000. 00 at closing never received. Our closing costs were so......much more than what we were told in the beginning. We are just happy to be done with this Nightmare of service.
I was really pleased with the quick pace of the processing of our application.
It was a smooth process from the beginning to the end , Jacob Rogers was great and was very clear in providing information about the process and expectations
At the bare minimum someone to actually answer the phone when you call. I would miss a call & not be able to get through to anyone. If i had a question, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Emails would take days to get replied too. I would ask Ariele or Rick ANY question and they would always need to call me back to give me a response. They were always lost. I also had to send the same documents multiple times.My final closing documents had to be edited 3x. It wasa terrible experience.
Took over 3 months for the whole process.
Jacob is a wonderful individual. He was available when I called him, which is great! The process was smooth from start to finish.
