We closed, that the important thing
The application process and initial approval process was absolutely great. As we got closer to closing starting with the closing disclosure documents there were some snags and delays in responses and some last minute information requests that should have been on the front end of the overall process. In the end everything worked out and we closed on time but I was unsure up until the day of closing that it would happen due to lack of proactive communication.
Very pleased with the ease of refinancing! The professional and courteous service given to us! Thank you for making this process a quick and painless procedure!
Loan moved quickly didn't need to wait for expensive appraisal and unnecessary appraisal. Document signing on time. No surprises along the way.
