This loan took quite a long time but definitely not because of Marquisha , in fact she was the most helpful and was always keeping us posted and got this loan finally done and we got to close . She is so friendly and AMAZING !! She’s Was the third person to handle our application, but got it DONE!! She always was very pleasant to talk to ! A rest asset to your company ! Thank you !
The application process and initial approval process was absolutely great. As we got closer to closing starting with the closing disclosure documents there were some snags and delays in responses and some last minute information requests that should have been on the front end of the overall process. In the end everything worked out and we closed on time but I was unsure up until the day of closing that it would happen due to lack of proactive communication.

From start to finish the process was seem less and I was kept informed as to what to expect and what was needed from me. Quite amazing given the pandemic. The communication and team we worked were excellent. It took a lot longer than expected but the fact that my "team" was working from home. If I have anything negative to say is that it has taken a lot longer to get our checks than expected. Closed a week ago and still dont have funds. Caused a problem with bills that were supposed to be paid out of closing funds that were due on first. Had to pay them and now get refunds. Lot of extra work.
