Everything went smoothly. I did need clarification on a few things and they were answered in a timely fashion. Overall a nice experience.

The communication was awful.When we called the number provided it always went to a voicemail with no callback.When we sent emails, the response time was 3+ days later.We spent a lot of time just trying to get simple updates.Loan processing agent quit at the end of our process and the agents who took over did not keep me updated whatsoever. The closing date got extended 2x. The last extension was because they are so backed up.Paperwork arrived at title co. the day of closing. Very unprofessional.
It went very smooth. Due to the circumstances of the Covid the responses were as quick as expected to be.
