Everything went very smoothly with little to no effort on my part
It was a team effort from first contact to the final closing with the Amrock company. It seems like it only took a couple of weeks from the "starting line" to the "finish line." Great work team!
Rachel Harris was with me every step keeping me informed.
It all started great with Mr. Groetken until the day we were to first close which was supposed to be on 7/27/2020. We waited and waited for the notary to close at my house and she never arrived. We called her and she said she had not received any docs from pennymac and nobody ever called us regarding that. I called 3 times and left messages and emails and nobody ever called. Until finally I received a call from Aida Garcia stating I had not closed on the 7/27/2020 date. Terrible for us.
The application was easy and they walked me through the whole process. I was impressed they stayed in touch with me and let me know the progress and when the expected closing date was. Also, I was able to sign the documents in my own home. Very good service.
