Great communication
The whole process was quick, as can be in these times we're having now, and painless. Any communication was quickly responded to. A great experience overall.
Jacob is a wonderful individual. He was available when I called him, which is great! The process was smooth from start to finish.
It took almost three months to close my loan. I missed several calls to schedule the closing and when I tried to call back I received a message about high call volume. Jordan was great as was all the people I spoke with. I realize it was a busy time but I still feel 3 months is excessive.
Accurate info, prompt and clear communication, and most importantly, honesty made all the difference.

The closing docs weren't sent to the notary for my scheduled date (Monday). I called and emailed My MAC team Tuesday and Wednesday and got no response. I emailed Merrill directly Thursday and she got the closing done on the Friday. But My MAC team sent three versions of the closing summary and none of them were correct. I called Merrill Friday and she promised to fix the docs, which did get done the next week.
