The loan team as a whole were always friendly and easy to work with, when you could get one on the phone. Call wait times were ridiculous. Tyler and Jordan were very friendly and great to work with. I feel like there are just too many people working on one loan and things get lost easily. Had to send documents multiple times because of time lapses. The closing process was an absolute disaster took four separate times to get someone to come out and close, received no calls or communication.
Blen was very helpful communicating the refinance procedure to us. Always available.
The process was fast and easy with a great rate. What else do you want when refinancing your home?

To long of process when we already had mortgage with Penny mac. The request for documents was duplicated.
