They were very helpful, quick to answer questions and made sure we were updated every few days. It made our experience easy and knowledgeable.

I absolutely LOVE PennyMac, I was not happy with my loan officer. Throughout the process I oftentimes wondered if she was a new employee. Week after week I would constantly ask is there anything else you need from me. I was scheduled to close on a Thursday afternoon, provided the closing disclosure for the sale of my home on Wednesday morning. This is when I heard of a TRID period. Throughout this entire process that has never been mentioned to me. I had to reschedule vendors at the last min
The time it took to get the loan process was longer than expected. I understand the COVId put a strain on everyone but 3 months was a little long.
My experience with Jason Staples was great, but there were problems with the document processing that were not monitored as I would have expected and I had to alert everyone that there was a problem. The PennyMac team did well in correcting the issues. This is my third home and I have done refinancing on each one and this was my worst experience.
Dates changed with no communication from settlement office. Amount due at settlement was never communicated with us. It was not just a few dollars.
