Dealing with Penny MAC was a complete nightmares from beginning to end. I’ve never had such poor customer service in my life. Communication was awful, I was told different things by different people the entire time. We spent the majority of the time worried sick that we would not be able to close on time due to their incompetence. For the grand finale on closing day, they sent the funds to the wrong account and the loan was not funded until 7 PM even though we closed at 9 AM. Very unorganized!
Tameka was wonderful. She always took the time to explain every detail to me and was very knowledgeable. She always had the answer to my questions. Most importantly, she was very patient with me when I didn't understand something. She was a joy to work with. I would recommend her to everyone!

Loan was an easy one from start to finish. Only hiccup was closing documents were delayed getting to the title company almost delaying closing.
She was well informed and explained the documents clearly. She was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. By the way, the Notary, Deborah did very well too.
Elizabeth was professional, compadent, and patient. We appreciate her great personality and polite interactions very much.
