SHE SHOULD BE FIRED Cammorah Washington repeatedly and purposefully never replied to emails from us. Lied to our Realtor and tried to kill the deal by saying we had a bankruptcy, which we don't and NEVER have had. Our realtor had to go above her head an Get Craig Wood Mgr, Retail Operations involved. Craig had to work overnight to get our deal done.... HE did Cammorah's job for her and now she wants a review? SHE SHOULD BE FIRED

On a Tuesday, Aida reached out to schedule closing; i told her i didn't know where i would be, so i would have to tell her on Friday. She called and emailed each day for the next 3 days, and i told her each time i didn't know where I would be located until friday. She then proceeded to close my loan on that Friday; RIDICULOUS!!!! Either she is incompetent, or your processes need to be changed/updated!!!

Tool isn't intuitive. Updated CD wasn't delivered by the day of closing. The legal person brought the CD with her for mr to review.

We had to call several times to get clarity on where we were in the process. A weekly phone update and/or email would have been helpful. We had never done a refinance beforehand. We specifically asked about whether we had to make a June mortgage payment or not. I had to call to ask. I was originally told “no,” then we received a late payment penalty. We had to email a few times to confirm that we were okay on not paying until August.

Up until the day prior to closing everything with PennyMac went smooth and as planned. The day prior to closing, i received the estimated closing costs which was 6K less than what i was previously notified about from my loan officer. I completed the wire and at 9PM, 12 hours before my settlement, I received a call stating that PennyMac was wrong and that I needed to come forth with 6K more. Needless to say, I was very frustrated with this process. It caused a lot of unneeded stress.

The entire process was relatively quick and easy. Dates and numbers given at the beginning remained accurate through the process. PennyMac seemed to keep document requests to a minimum. We had zero problems with the refinance. The in-person closing occurred at our house and took less than an hour to complete.
