After expressing my needs and expectations, he provided some alternative methods which turned out much better than my initial expectation. Easy refinancing experience!
The final documents for closing didn't have the correct spelling of my name . Had to reschedule closing due to having multiple closing documents and the notary wasn't instructed which one to use.
