The only complaint I have is how accessible agents are. There seems to be a process just to be able to speak to someone or get a reply back to an email. That being said, I understand that PennyMac is a large company with many clients so there has to be some sort of barrier to entry. Great job otherwise!

There were to many people emailing and communicating with me. Received an update through email only once but received an email stating I would get an update throughout the process. Also, I had to provide a few documents more than once.
The team was responsive, answered all questions in a timely manner and made the refinance an easy process.
Kali exceeded our expectations throughout this process. Her communication with us was outstanding and whenever we had a question for her she got back to us very promptly. Dealing with the VA was a pain but that wasn't her fault or ours. Thank you for all of your help in this process!
