I submitted several copies of the same documents and kept receiving requests for those documents. Underwriter and closing was just an awful experience, I'm sure there is an entire write up of that.
The beginning process went very well, until closing when documents didn’t match up with what was agreed and virtual signed for and 3 days later I still haven’t heard from anyone.
The closing process slowed way down towards the end and the communication was hit and miss. I realized covid probably had something to do with the slowdown however documents that were requested at the last minute should have been requested weeks in advance.
Xavier was very professional and a pleasure to work with! He kept us informed either by phone or email quite frequently! Thank you Xavier for making our refinancing go smoothly! God bless you!
