Tool isn't intuitive. Updated CD wasn't delivered by the day of closing. The legal person brought the CD with her for mr to review.

We had to call several times to get clarity on where we were in the process. A weekly phone update and/or email would have been helpful. We had never done a refinance beforehand. We specifically asked about whether we had to make a June mortgage payment or not. I had to call to ask. I was originally told “no,” then we received a late payment penalty. We had to email a few times to confirm that we were okay on not paying until August.
Professional and personal attention for my loan process.
Still waiting on a phone call from Sr. management to explain my concerns and how dissatisfied I was with the process. This is my 2nd and last request.
The process was thorough and very quick.
The whole process was very simple.
Better communication and return calls/emails. I spoke to at least 8 agents when I called in for help. I only spoke with Maranda and that was just before my closing. Also, I felt PennyMac did not take my protest that my appraisal was incorrect. There was a photo included in the appraisal and was not of my home. I reported that on 10 June. No one followed up to correct it. That almost caused the closing date to push into July. The agents stated to me “ that will not impact the appraisal value”.
The experience was simple and easy.
