Everything went very smoothly. Only delay was due to all this COVID-19 stuff.
Kali exceeded our expectations throughout this process. Her communication with us was outstanding and whenever we had a question for her she got back to us very promptly. Dealing with the VA was a pain but that wasn't her fault or ours. Thank you for all of your help in this process!

All in all the 2nd closing went well. Documents and address was incorrect at the first closing, which was a disappointment. But the second one went smoothly.

Pennymac did not communicate very often. When they did, they said everything was on track. Pennymac did not indicate there were issues until a week after the loan was supposed to close. I felt there was a disconnect through the entire process.
