Get directionsI’m giving 5 star rate for the people who help me processed my loan.
Communicated every step of the process and kept me informed.
We where very great full for everything, they gave us a chance to lower our interest. We are both retired and lowering the interest rate saves us around one hundred dollars a month. When you are on a fixed income that helps. Jason Staples was there to make sure everything went smooth, if we had a question he made sure we were given the answered. The other people we had contact were all so very help full.
Process did what I wanted it to do and met my expectations.
What paperwork that was needed was not told to us untill it was late. We missed the closing date twice. Our loan officer got sick and bo o e pushed our paperwork forward with out the realtor or me calling to ask a out. O ce the supervisor stepped in it moved forward
Here are a few of the many instances that made my refinance process unpleasant: A document was requested for my VA approval. I sent the document about 5 times, it was confirmed to have been received, and then I was asked again multiple times to submit the document. My wife was denied credit for a reason that was never explained to me. After receiving that news, any and all communication from Jason Staples stopped. I reached out multiple times to find out what happened without explanation.
COVID-19 causes a brief delay and follow up documents were requested twice but the overall experience was great. The entire process was completed faster than advises at the beginning.
My loan process has failed and has taken way to long. I got an email from Blen once and never heard from her again. I am now working with another new person. The duration that this loan is taking is unacceptable. The only reason I am sticking with it is because I would like both of my loans to be with the same lender for ease.
Give me a phone number for 1 loan officer that is in charge of my case so that I can have a consistent line of communication with one person so that A) I know I can get a hold of someone when I need help instead of spending 5 minutes navigating menus and holding on the phone when I need to talk to someone and B) so I can get consistent clear direction pertaining to the particulars of my case. I was told we would not have to pay closing costs yet we were expected to pay $1063 at time of closing
