Great lending company to work with!
I'm sure it was due highly to Covid but it took 5+ days to get a response back on any questions I had. The document portal is not at all intuitive. It was not clear where to upload documents. My loan representative had quoted me a certain amount of cash due back at closing but all my paperwork had a different amount on it. I'm just *hoping* that everything comes through as we were quoted in person and not by what we signed. This whole process was frustrating and difficult... I have more 2 say..
Smooth process from start to finish.
I sent an email out last week to Ruben Luna he never wrote me back. There were a lot of times that I had to keep asking and writing emails but no one would right me back. I just think the Communication was wasn’t the best. I was going to try to do my loan with Navy FCU but they had a longer wait time.

Quick and easy refinancing experience!
Easier way to communicate. I know we are in a unique situation with COVID and working from home but it was hard to get a hold of processor on my time. I could only seem to talk every other day or so when they would call. It would have been nice to be able to call when I had questions and have someone answer at that time that could help me.
From Start to Finish could not have been better. Awesome job guys!!!!
