It is difficult to communicate through "locked" messages and trying to get hold of the right person in Penny Mac isn't easy, especially in different time zones. It would be nice to have smoother communication.

The only thing that helped in this whole process was the help from Craig Wood, if it hadn't been for him I don't think this process would have happened. When I called Peter Harris all I got was he was so busy with another 100 loans. NOT MY Problem. Take care of business at hand. Gwendolyn was never available and when she did call she would talk down to me like I was putting her out. Think about this Current customer prior, excellent credit, many assets, 2 months to close. PennyMac you failed,
The service I received from the loan team was friendly, fast and I surprisingly easier than expected. Thank you
HORRIBLE communication the entire loan process. We understand you can sell our loan at anytime. If we could, we would do the same. It was just awful working with Cammorah. Then we had the same experience working with Craig. He gave us his direct number and NEVER answered when we called. The only person who answered our questions immediately was Emerson. He was kind and considerate of our time and extremely professional. The rest of our experience was a total NIGHTMARE!!
The departments do not seem to communicate very well. Also not having a direct phone number to a dedicated associate. The MyMac Team box was frustrating when I needed a now response. Kristen turned my experience much more pleasurable.
I received the loan in the time we had set.
