Issues with appraiser and closing due to miscommunication between builder and Penny Mac caused postponed closing.
Cammorah gave me too much attention during the loan process!! She went out of her way to make sure the loan closed on time and that I understood everything required to make things happen. She handle to 2 loans for me at once and they closed on time and early allowing a smooth process from start to finish. Thank you so much!!!
Responding to emails would be nice. Informing me sooner of problems with obtaining information. etc.
Marlon Bivens is VERY unprofessional and he is the sole reason I wouldn't NEVER recommend pennymac to anyone. His lack of professionalism was so horrible to the point I felt it necessary to reach out to the BBB to make them aware.
It is difficult to communicate through "locked" messages and trying to get hold of the right person in Penny Mac isn't easy, especially in different time zones. It would be nice to have smoother communication.

The only thing that helped in this whole process was the help from Craig Wood, if it hadn't been for him I don't think this process would have happened. When I called Peter Harris all I got was he was so busy with another 100 loans. NOT MY Problem. Take care of business at hand. Gwendolyn was never available and when she did call she would talk down to me like I was putting her out. Think about this Current customer prior, excellent credit, many assets, 2 months to close. PennyMac you failed,
