Issues with appraiser and closing due to miscommunication between builder and Penny Mac caused postponed closing.
Jordan was very patient and helpful during our phone conversation. Really appreciated PennyMac reaching out to us about a lower refinancing rate. Tyler worked really hard to get us the best rate.
Cammorah gave me too much attention during the loan process!! She went out of her way to make sure the loan closed on time and that I understood everything required to make things happen. She handle to 2 loans for me at once and they closed on time and early allowing a smooth process from start to finish. Thank you so much!!!
