My upfront experience working with Josh was great. Aida however, was course, impatient and very unpleasant to deal with.
We we walked through every step from beginning to closing. I had one problem where I had trouble accessing a document. I called and someone was able to email me the document to me to print, sign and upload. Closing was a cinch!
Very easy and smooth process
I asked questions that were never answered. They had the city wrong. I told them about it but was wrong on some documents. Had to draw a line thru and initial ever time. Can't wait until Penny Mac sells the loan. At closing same errors.
My loan was processed in a timely manner. Thanks Penneymac.
Kristen and Bailey were great. They answered every question we had and made sure we knew what to expect next.
Multiple people conveyed different things that was not coordinated well amongst the Penny Mac staff resulting in confused expectations and information.
