Read my yelp review..I've bought 5 homes and refinanced twice and this has been by far the worst experience of our mortgage experiences. The worst communications ever, never had documents ahead of time, closing costs were not what we were told, did not get 20k that we asked for and were told we were getting, email communication was form statements no personal communications. Many of our friends suggested not too go with penny Mac but we believed in Monica and felt good with her.
Just thinking of the term “ Refinancing “ would give me a headache. But two PennyMac Representatives by the names of Benjamin Wharton ( Loan Officer ) and Ashley Tolliver ( Home Lían Specialist ) the process was quick and easy. In about one hour Benjamin explained the process of Refinancing my Mortgage and filled out all the docs. Needed. Ashley called me shortly after and introduce her self and walked me through the final steps. I want to give a special Thank You to both of them and PennyMac..
