This review is unfair to the team that actually closed my loan. However I had been working with PennyMac since September of last year to refinance my house. Every single step during the first attempt was inaccurate and delayed. At the very end of the process, my Macteam completely stopped responding to my messages. Several weeks passed by of silence, until i reached out once more and had to start every step all over again. I could not have been more accommodating. This should not take 5 months!
The process went totally great. From the beginning to the end. Elizabeth Estrada kept me informed throughout the process. Thank you Penny Mac team!
Communication was difficult. Other PennyMac reps that I spoke with were able to calm me and make me feel they were going to help me, but communicating with Cammorah, I felt unsure that she could help me. Very stressful. I’m sure she followed procedure. I’m thankful she was able to make my loan happen and on time.
Blen, was very professional and very knowledgeable about the process and personally made sure I was well taken care of.
PennyMac made my refinance extremely simple. I barely had to do anything at all and the process was handled quickly.
