Penny Mac is an expert with home loans and refinancing, they took me back no questions asked when I got taken by new day loans. They are great and easy to work with.
Responsive and courteous at all times. Did a great job of keeping us posted on progress!
Communication was difficult. Other PennyMac reps that I spoke with were able to calm me and make me feel they were going to help me, but communicating with Cammorah, I felt unsure that she could help me. Very stressful. I’m sure she followed procedure. I’m thankful she was able to make my loan happen and on time.
I rated the experience great, primarily because of the quick responses from Jesse and others during the process.
The lady came to my house and all the paperwork was wrong. Still waiting to hear back from you. We did not sign the papers.
