Penny Mac is an expert with home loans and refinancing, they took me back no questions asked when I got taken by new day loans. They are great and easy to work with.

Communication was difficult. Other PennyMac reps that I spoke with were able to calm me and make me feel they were going to help me, but communicating with Cammorah, I felt unsure that she could help me. Very stressful. I’m sure she followed procedure. I’m thankful she was able to make my loan happen and on time.
