The process went sooooo much smoothly this time around that I was surprised that we closed in less than a month from when I applied for a re-fi. WTG!!! You all did great Brian and Emma.... Have a great day!!!!
Very easy and straight foward process
pur first closing was conducted ok I made payment quotations to my various accounts based on the closing date. Three days later I was told I had to go to closing again as PennyMac had screwed up a date on the documents. This created a problem with some of my accounts and in fact Comcast cut my services off. Really didn't appreciate the inconvience at all.
Overall process for refinance was fine. There were too many people involved in the process, making it confusing. Working with one person the entire time would have made for a more streamlined experience.
more timely and accurate closing costs
Fantastically easy and so fast it seemed hard to believe. This is probably my 10th loan and all of them have been painful, confusing, irritating and generally to be avoided at all costs. From start to finish I think it was on the order of 2 or 3 weeks and that over the Christmas break. Everything was eas. It was great.
Loan closing took way too long.
Communication POOR Information POOR Feedback. POOR Same information requested several times Information I received- NOT CORRECT Closing dates not even close I was not at all happy with Charles or Glen and had to get supervisors invoked several times
