I was told I would receive a different amount when closing and when I asked about this I was told Peter Harris would call and talk to me about what the difference was about. I never received a phone call. I received several thousands dollars less than what Peter Harris told me that I would receive.

PennyMac helped me in a timely manner answered all the questions I had and made sure they were available to me if I had any more question. The closing on our refinance was done in a timely manner and they even sent a notary to me at my convenience to sign the paperwork. I am so thankful my home loan is in good hands with PennyMac.
It was really smooth for the entire process. All the questions were answered with highest priority by Abigail Wilson and entire MAC team was easy to communicate with.
All parties, including the loan processor, loan originator and underwriter were very helpful and friendly during the process. They returned all phone calls and emails and did their best to cater to all my needs and concerns. The loan process was smooth and fast. My best experience of all time.
