Well first, the closing cost ended up being double what I was told in the beginning, so that was a little disappointing. I was expect it to be around what I was told, especially because my previous mortgage was with you. Secondly, it was frustrating when you are asked for documents and they are sent right away but then you keep getting emails about documents needed. It’s hard to review the process when my loan has not been funded. The experience so far has been great. Maybe wait a few days after the loan has been funded to take your survey,so I could give your company great ratings on all topics.
