Well first, the closing cost ended up being double what I was told in the beginning, so that was a little disappointing. I was expect it to be around what I was told, especially because my previous mortgage was with you. Secondly, it was frustrating when you are asked for documents and they are sent right away but then you keep getting emails about documents needed. I had a awesome experience. Everything went smooth and all my question were answered.
It’s hard to review the process when my loan has not been funded. The experience so far has been great. Maybe wait a few days after the loan has been funded to take your survey,so I could give your company great ratings on all topics.

Pennymac is very reliable and helpful. They have phone availability and you speak to people here in America. They have helped through multiple financial situations, both of which were resolved. For me, they have been a good company and I recommend them.
Communication
I feel like the communication could be worked on. Especially when you’re dealing with customers who live in different time zones. We also got requests for things on a Friday night two Business days before we were closing, and that added onto an extreme amount of stress especially when I was unable to get a hold of anybody over the weekend.
