My husband did most of communication. I appreciated you having someone come to our home to sign papers. Only thing I would change is the links you use to import documents, doesn't seem to be very user friendly, but we were able to fax.
I felt closing costs were very high. A lot of fees with additional cost to pay previous loan off. Seemed like it kept getting higher and higher. $7k+ by the end.

Well first, the closing cost ended up being double what I was told in the beginning, so that was a little disappointing. I was expect it to be around what I was told, especially because my previous mortgage was with you. Secondly, it was frustrating when you are asked for documents and they are sent right away but then you keep getting emails about documents needed.
