Customer service is pretty terrible. It’s impossible to contact someone promptly. Also, Joya was terrible. She took awhile to return my calls and scheduled my closing on the wrong day. She also called me to schedule closing then called again the next day, not realizing my closing had been scheduled prior (by her).
Easy mortgage and refinancing process. I'd recommend PennyMac and will reach out if/when we purchase another house.
