My experience through the refinance process was excellent. I had never done it before and I had a lot of questions throughout it. Ceista Johnson was excellent to work with. All my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. She honestly made the whole process painless and it was a pleasure to work with her. She is second to none in my opinion. I have recently told several people about my experience and they too are now refinancing their mortgage with PennyMac.

Just felt like I had to jump through hoops to verify my info. Closing was pushed a few weeks for reasons I do not know and I had to submit more recent paystubs and bank acct statements even though it was clear I have more than enough money to pay my mortgage. Also sometimes I had issues uploading my docs to the site. Just felt like I had to constantly check to see what else was needed from the team.

PennyMac has been understanding and professional in all our experiences with them. Their policies and customer service are geared towards serving the customer instead of creating "gotcha" situations. Very impressed overall.
