Both Ceista and Naviz were truly very helpful from start to finish of this process. They were always there to answer and explain things and to guide me in the right direction. I really enjoyed working with both of them. Ceista is very friendly and always available. High marks for both!!

My experience through the refinance process was excellent. I had never done it before and I had a lot of questions throughout it. Ceista Johnson was excellent to work with. All my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. She honestly made the whole process painless and it was a pleasure to work with her. She is second to none in my opinion. I have recently told several people about my experience and they too are now refinancing their mortgage with PennyMac.

Weeks went by without communication. At one point we thought this process might be a scam because I could not get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. Phone numbers on recordings were incorrect. Disclosures and documents on line were repeatedly incorrect and had to be sent and signed again. Closing had to be done twice as the first had the wrong calculations. Additional money had to be collected. Honestly, I am glad this is finally finished but this was amateur refinance 101.

The whole process was smoothly handled. The MAC team always kept us up to date, and we never had to wonder what was happening or what was supposed to happen next.
