The process was easy. Documents had been sent numerous times without being added. Other than that, it was great
It took several communications to get our documents correct. Didn't seem to communicate between the loan officer and agent. We saw various scenarios given to us. The day we were to close we were not contacted that there will be a change in the Notary until after the initial time, person, therefore, we had to reschedule the closing the next day which required updated documents. It was a very annoying and didn't go very smoothly.
Brandon was in constant communication and updated me without fail each Friday. I appreciated his patience and help at times where we had to walk through a number of documents online. Everything from initial estimates to final signing was smooth sailing.
I have dealt with several financial institutions as it relates to financing and refinancing. Considering the historically low-interest rates and the overwhelming amount of applications they must receive. We felt the representatives of your firm were courteous, but we expected a much better experience as returning customers. The mishandling of the tidewater/appraisal cost us $$$. Your representative was unable to understand or articulate reasons for errors in the closing disclosure. Income documentation was turned in multiple times with different nuanced details each time. We were unable to get in contact with or get calls back from our primary contact or her manager. We will refi ASAP.
