The team was quick, efficient, and met all expectations. It was an easy process for me and I appreciated how quickly it all went.
We felt the representatives of your firm were courteous, but we expected a much better experience as returning customers. The mishandling of the tidewater/appraisal cost us $$$. Your representative was unable to understand or articulate reasons for errors in the closing disclosure. Income documentation was turned in multiple times with different nuanced details each time. We were unable to get in contact with or get calls back from our primary contact or her manager. We will refi ASAP.
Nick was exceptionally easy to work and communicate with. Because of my current work, I am not very available during business hours to talk or receive emails/texts. Nick easily accommodated and adjusted to my communications requirements. Thanks Nick!!

Everything was great. You guys were ready the day you said you would be. Only thing that held it up was the buyers of my old house. Justin was great, only thing was there were too many calls from him, but im sure he was just following your communication policies.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was contacted continuously over the summer to refi but you are clearly understaffed. Emails were rarely replied to and the phone number went to a line that didn’t answer and couldn’t leave a message. Not only will I not recommend your firm I will go out of my way to tell people how horrible the experience was.
