It was an easy transaction
I wish that the whole process was better communicated. Maybe use you-tube to explain each step so that the consumer can learn about this and not be a passive agent to the whole thing. Too many moments of mystery and wonderment. I am glad to refinance but the whole experience was too far removed to understand. Yes the agents were friendly and all that but everything is fast and quick. I hope not to ever need to refinance again. I have mixed feelings about the whole experience.
Easy
Rhonda was great. The documents review was not great (getting the team to actually FULLY READ the documents was a challenge), but that was not Rhonda's fault. Due to this unnecessary back and forth on document review, the whole process took a few weeks longer than it should have.
The clear and professional instructions, also the advice on the whole process.
Was a great experience to be honest was just a bit longer then I expected documents had to be resent numerous times but other then that for the most part went very good. Communication and convenience was the best part of this.
Nicholas and Brian were awesome and easy to work with. As a realtor and personally doing my first refi, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were very attentive and patient. Great job guys, much appreciated!

From beginning to end, the PennyMac representative and team were extremely helpful with everything. They were consistent with their communication and were able to help navigate the process with us being out of the state.
