Prior to closing day there were issues w/the online portal that delayed my already lengthy closing length by an additional four days. Also, portal issues required me & my loan specialist to spend hours finding a workaround f/me to receive a document for signature. Lastly, a few of the automatic emails sent out when a request for documents is added to the portal could provide more information on signature deadlines. I’d like to stress none of these issues were my loan specialist’s fault.
Very quick and Easy
Loan documents were originally messed up for first closings. I had to ask for it, however PennyMac did make it right by giving me a discount at closing. So at the end I was satisfied.
Very smooth refi process! All PennyMac employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Took a very long time..and I had to send in documentation twice, but otherwise no problems at all.
The process for my refinance was so seem less and convenient. Everything was done remote/online. I especially liked the fact that the notary came to me. She was a pleasure to work with also. Thank you.
