Great process
I felt like the communication was excellent starting with my first contact to PennyMac to inquire about refinancing. I understood my tasks and PennyMac processed things on their end within a timely manner. Ryan was helpful in getting my flood insurance increased by his contact to my insurance agent and providing the information my agent needed to secure the increased coverage. I like doing business with PennyMac .
My experience was timely and and hassle free. The communication was great, I was advised of each step weekly. I couldn't have ask for a more streamlined process. Thanks so much.
The closing disclosure I received prior to the notary showing up at my door was not accurate. I found that $13500 was being withheld because of taxes. The first tax payment is not due until 11/15 20. I am not happy with my money being held for several months without being informed in advance. In addition I do not like giving over the use of my money for several months while I am charged interest calculated on a daily basis in the closing cost details.
