professional, accurate, timely
The majority of the problem was with VA appraiser however penny Mac requested documents through the 1st person I spoke to and the 2nd person I spoke to that still were not there after we closed that I had to get to the final closing people just so they would finance the loan
Heather was great! Answered all my questions quickly. She made the process very easy. She is the standard that all of your employees should aspire to be!
The loan officer Carol D. Was great. But it’s unfortunate that Triana customer service was below standards.
Excellent service and a really quick closing. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Penny Mac to my friends and family. This is a difficult and complex process that was an extremely pleasant experience that saved me a considerable amount of money
We were mostly frustrated with the lack of communication from Jennifer who was assigned as our loan “specialist”. We understand that PennyMac is busy with the interest rates being so low, but this was excessive. She never replied to ANY of our emails or voicemails. She only called us when we would send an email to Rob and he would get in touch with her to call. Even then, she only called 2 times to let us know shes going to find out information and get back to us, but she never followed through!
Communication is great. Loan Officer, Donald Lucas is very responsive and has great Personality and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Gina is also great.
Dave and Jennifer were able to walk me through the process which made me feel like I was in good hands. They were able to overcome the limitations of their internal infrastructure and poorly designed software systems. Small glitches, but without Jennifer and Dave, the experience may not have been so great. Thanks!
Jeanette and Jeffrey were amazing. They worked with my busy schedule and explained every step of the refinance process in detail. They looked out for the best possible deal. Extremely professional. Answer every call and email promptly and always went out of their way to help me . I am extremely satisfied with how it all went and recommend her to my friends that are in the process of buying a home as well . Thank you for making this important step such a wonderful experience.
