Easy process and Ceista was very quick to help or answer any questions.
Dave and Jennifer were able to walk me through the process which made me feel like I was in good hands. They were able to overcome the limitations of their internal infrastructure and poorly designed software systems. Small glitches, but without Jennifer and Dave, the experience may not have been so great. Thanks!

Very easy and painless
Sharyl Freeby was very considerate and a professional. The loan process and underwriting was a nightmare. Clearly the left hand is not working with the right hand. I received a email from the president at 1am. The email was truly a computer generated email.
Jeanette and Jeffrey were amazing. They worked with my busy schedule and explained every step of the refinance process in detail. They looked out for the best possible deal. Extremely professional. Answer every call and email promptly and always went out of their way to help me . I am extremely satisfied with how it all went and recommend her to my friends that are in the process of buying a home as well . Thank you for making this important step such a wonderful experience.
Heather is amazing! She's a consummate pro, a total pleasure to work with, and she made a complex process easy. She held my hand at every step of the way and ALWAYS answered my calls. I don't recall ever having to leave her a voice mail. She knew all the answers and if there was something she didn't know, she found out that day.
