From the time I called Penny Mac and initiated a refinance loan I was treated with courtesy and respect. Not only with my time but with all of my questions I have asked( there were a lot of questions) . I always felt that the Penny Mac team were behind me 100%.
Communication was good. Closing was fairly quick.
We've processed two loans with PM this year – I have been duly impressed with the quality of people and their competence all throughout both processes. Both times the initial person who helped qualify us was brilliant, engaging, and helpful, then, the person who guided us through the process was courteous, helpful, and prompt. When my initial mortgage was bought by PM back in 2015, I thought, who are these guys? Every aspect of my experience with PennyMac since then has been excellent.
