Always needed updated doccuments. When we asked if the documention was sufficient we were told yes, but the process was so long, you kept asking for more and updated docuents.

Eric the original loan officer, and Nicholas, the processor, were FANTASTIC to work with. I contacted PennyMac after I started to refinance with my employer. I would received substantial savings to refinance with them, but it did not take too long to understand that they didn't know what they were doing. And - the process for the same loan would have taken months! The only fly in the ointment was the title company and negotiating closing. They missed the first closing and had to reschedule!
