The refinancing process went smoothly for me! It took just about a month from me submitting the application in Mid-July to mid-August closing! Granted an appraisal was not required, which could have taken a bit longer to schedule and complete. Both the loan officer Ryan Tang and a member of the m.a.c. Team, Lori Gibson were very professional and responsive throughout the refinancing process. Lori clearly explained the process and provided weekly status. Due to Covid-19,closed at home with Notary
Working first with Royal and then Ceista was great. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions and the time frame for the different stages of the refi process were all explained very well. Great experience with both of them.
