The loan experience was great and was completed in very short time period. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful.
The experience with the PennyMac team was great but the closing attorney was very unprofessional, late, rude, condescending and manipulative.

I had a great experience with PennyMac. They were the company from my last mortgage, so I used them again.
Working with Lori was great! She was always quick to reply to my emails and made this process go by so smoothly. Was always so happy when speaking with her.
I understand that there was more than the usual number of refinance applications but from start to finish, it took around 60 days to complete. Much longer than I would expect or was told in the beginning of the process.
